Improve your strength, flexibility, posture and balance by focusing on controlled and precise movements through a wide range of motion.


A full-body low impact workout that can be used as part of an injury rehabilitation programme

Pilates Circuits

In this class we use multiple pieces of Pilates apparatus which may include the Pilates reformer, chair, tower, ladder barrel, spine corrector and mat in a circuit style class flowing between apparatus for an amazing workout.

Tower

In this class we convert the Reformer into a stable surface where we use the springs from the Tower for resistance and to help articulate your spine and to fix muscle imbalances.

Wunda Chair

Enjoy a full body workout with our Wunda Chair classes. Designed to enhance your power, agility, balance and stamina. The Wunda Chair can be especially helpful for those recovering from injury and is great for pregnant ladies.
